1998 WISE MAX PRO GARNETT SOFT LINE

1 – Used “as is” Wise (4) hopper volumetric blend line, distributor, suction fan, garnett feed, shaker chute, weigh zone, Max Pro single section garnett, 72” x 120” horizontal cross lapper, floor apron, 105” WCDS wind up/auto doff and Allen Bradley electrical control panels. The electronics include Allen Bradley PLC line control and touch screen monitor. The line was original manufactured and installed by Wise Industries to produce comforters and pillows in 1998 and removed in 2002. It is currently stored in a North Carolina warehouse and ready for immediate installation. The equipment has very few hours and is in good working condition. Engineered drawings and technical information can be provided.

2 – Used “as is” Wise spray bond line complete with Low Melt pre opening system, re cycle opening system, (5) 48”wide volumetric blending hoppers, blend conveyor, blender, hump magnet, duct work, suction fan, (2) feed distributors, (2) volumetric feed hoppers, (2) shaker chutes, (2) single section double doffer garnets with D-B combs, horizontal cross lappers, floor aprons, inline drafting system, spray conveyor, three section Dalton Sheet Metal oven, spray conveyor, hot wire cut off, surface wind up, blend control panel, feed system control panel, garnett control panel, cross lapper control panel, drafting system control panel, oven control panel and finish system control panel. The lines were manufactured by Wise in 1985 and upgraded several time by Wise through the years. The last upgrade was completed in 2004. At that time the garnets received new steel arches, poppits, bearings, covers and under pans. Line one finishes 160” wide product and Line two finished 120” wide product.
