USED STRUTO LAB LINE

1 – Used “as is – where is” STRUTO 1 meter wide lab line complete with 5’ long feed conveyor, single section, single doffer card machine with safety enclosure, comb take off, web incline conveyor, STRUTO forming head, STRUTO bonding oven, two roll surface wind up, and related electrical controls. Unit is complete with ac inverter dives in required locations. The electrical controls include Allen Bradley SLC PLC and Panel View 1000E touch screen monitor. The program was designed specifically for the STRUTO lab line and the development of the STRUTO vertically lapped products.

Used High Loft Low Melt Line

1 – Used “as is” High Loft Low Melt line including Low Melt pre opening system, (5) Fiber Controls weight control blend line, conveyor, blender, distributor feed system, James Hunter 72” wide tandem feed, 72” Wise shaker chute and 72” wide x 20” x 30” double doffer garnett, safety enclosure, Wise horizontal cross lapper, floor apron, Perpetual Machine Company 20’ long bonding oven with cooling zone, slitter, hot wire cut off and surface wind up. Blending and garnett electrical controls are not included. The garnett includes a complete set of spare cylinders, feed rolls, 16” lickerin, 6” worker/strippers/ dual 16” diameter doffers, DB comb box assemblies, metal detector, lickerin speed switch and covers. The existing metallic wire is in good running condition for 6 to 15 denier polyester fiber. Some of the equipment has been partially disconnected; the removal cost is the responsibility of the buyer.  Additional photos available upon request.

USED SPRAY BOND LINE  

2 – Used “as is” spray bond line complete with Low Melt pre opening system, re cycle opening system, (5) 48”wide volumetric blending hoppers, blend conveyor, blender, hump magnet, duct work, suction fan, (2) feed distributors, (2) volumetric feed hoppers, (2) shaker chutes, (2) single section double doffer garnets with D-B combs, horizontal cross lappers, floor aprons, inline drafting system, spray conveyor, three section Dalton Sheet Metal oven, spray conveyor, hot wire cut off, surface wind up, blend control panel, feed system control panel, garnett control panel, cross lapper control panel, drafting system control panel, oven control panel and finish system control panel. The lines were manufactured by Wise in 1985 and upgraded several time by Wise through the years. The last upgrade was completed in 2004. At that time the garnets received new steel arches, poppits, bearings, covers and under pans. Line one finishes 160” wide product and Line two finished 120” wide product.
