Card Clothing Services, Inc. (CCS) operates two fully staffed card and garnett cylinder reclothing facilities. Both the Kings Mountain, NC and the Huntley, IL facilities stock a wide range of metallic card wire. Along with the experienced staff, the facilities boast a wide range of state of the art machining equipment. This includes the latest model of cylinder winding, high speed balancing, machining center, laser cutting, shaft straighten and repair equipment.

CCS offers a mobile in plant cylinder reclothing service. CCS is able to dispatch a completely stocked service truck with experienced technicians to arrive in your factory and complete the cylinder reclothing on site. This service can include the card or garnett machine disassemble and reassemble once the reclothing is complete. Often this service is provided in an emergency situation and the staff must be deployed with minimal notice.
