CCS operates a Sales, Service, Engineering, Demonstration Lab and Cylinder Reclothing facility in Kings Mountain, NC while completing most major manufacturing in the Huntley, IL facility. Both of the facilities and their respective staffs have been with the CCS group for the past fifteen years. The experienced staff along with state of the art automated metal machining equipment provides CCS with a competitive advantage.

The CCS Pillow and Cushion Blowing System has become a standard in the industry fiber fill industry. Our line of fiber blowing systems can be seen in most Bedding and Furniture manufacturing facilities. The CCS Carding and Cross Lapping systems are widely used in the High Loft Thermal Bonding, Resin Bonding as well as the Needle Punch industries. These systems have been installed world wide.

CCS provides Card Cylinder Reclothing in both the North Carolina and the Illinois facility. CCS also provides the quality Cylinder Reclothing service in the customer’s facility. As the exclusive North American representative of the metallic wire manufacturer, Garnett Wire Ltd., CCS is able to apply the industry standard wires or apply a special wire required to maximize the Carding machine's capabilities.

The CCS demonstration Lab is equipped with the necessary equipment to open your fiber and fill the finish product. The production size STRUTO Vertical Lapping system is able to produce 1 meter wide product samples in a normal production environment.
